If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be in a resalable condition.
Resalable condition means that the item must be returned in its original condition, it should have the 'marc b. heart charm' and all swing tickets attached an no signs of wear.
All relevant documentation should be included in your package.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
In order to save time and ensure that your refund/exchange is processed quickly and efficiently, please see the returns procedure below.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the below instructions:
- Log onto 'My Account' and click 'Completed Orders'
- Select the relevant order and click 'Return Item(s)'
- Select all items to be returned
- Choose a reason to return, return action and write any necessary comments
Once you have notified us that you wish to returns your purchase(s), you can then return the item once you have received authorisation from us.
Please do not return any item without authorisation.
Any item returned without authorisation may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Along with the item you wish to return you will need to include any of the following:
- Order Receipt email - you will have received this at the time of ordering
- Dispatch email - you will have received this to confirm that your order was shipped
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty/damaged item please contact us as soon as possible, stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.

Until we receive your return at our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used originally to purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred.
Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse, your return status will change.
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email within 10 working days of returning your item(s), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
It usually takes up to 10 working days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on which postal service you use.
We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your return in it's original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method.
Any refunds will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This can take up to 5 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
Please note that we do not retain any bank or card details for your privacy, so in the unlikely even that your refund should be greater than the amount you initially paid for your order, we may have to contact you for further details.
