How can I pay?

You can use any of the payment types below to pay for your order. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously.

We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us.

I'm having technical issues:

If you're having problems accessing our website, we suggest that you have the latest version of your operating system provider eg. Windows, OSX etc.

If you're still having problems please contact us by email at enquiries@marcb.com and include:
- As much details as you can about the issue
- Which web browser you are using (eg. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.) - What you have done to try to resolve it

How do I use my discount and promotional codes?

Your discount / promotional code has to be entered in the box which states 'Promotional Code and Student Discount' within 'Your Shopping Cart' during 'Step 4: Order Confirmation' at the checkout section.
Once you have entered the code, click 'Apply'.

There are some rules around discount / promotional codes:
- You must enter the discount / promotional when you are checking out, as it cannot be applied later.
- Only one discount / promotional code can be used per order.

Please note that all valid discount / promotional codes for our website are not applicable to sale items or accessories unless otherwise stated.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. We will later send another email confirming that we have dispatched your purchase.
You have until we send the dispatch confirmation email to amend your order.
Orders are dispatched at 3PM Monday to Friday.
Once the dispatch email has been sent you can no longer amend or cancel your order.

Please email any amendments or cancellations to enquiries@marcb.com where we will confirm your changes directly.

Can I collect from in store?

Unfortunately it is not possible to collect your online order in store. However, if you would like to reserve an item in a store near you please have a look at our 'Find us at Topshop' page for all the relevant contact information.

Please note that you cannot return website orders in store and we cannot process any returns / exchanges on items bought in store.

I have received a faulty item...

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. We like to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us at enquiries@marcb.com with your order number, the faulty item's name and a full description of the fault.

Please note that we will ask for photographs when necessary.

We'll get back to you as soon as possible and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

What are marc b. bags made of?

Outer: 100% PU

Polyerethene (PUR and PU) is a polymer composed of a chain of organic units joined by carbamate (urethane) links.

Lining: 100% Polyester

Can I purchase the marc b. heart charm individually?

A marc b. heart charm comes with all marc b. bags except accessories.
A marc b. heart charm can be purchased as an add-on to your order for an additional cost of £5.

Yes! We love to work with bloggers. Please send an email to info@marcb.com telling us a little bit about yourself, with a link to your blog and any important stats.
